When it comes to portraits I want to capture the personality of the subject in a natural and fun way. To capture a feeling or moment between a husband and wife or parent and child. My portrait sitting usually takes a morning or afternoon, at a venue of your choice or somewhere that is special to you.

My aim is to make the whole thing fun and completely stress free as this not only leads to relaxed and natural models but it means that the photos will truly capture the personality of the subject.

If children are involved then the most important thing is deciding which toy is also going to be in the photo! It can take time to build up a rapport with children so that they will let you take their photo. But, once they do there is usually no stopping them!
